Nathan Kirkwood is a multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years experience playing and performing string family instruments. He teaches guitar, piano, and violin to all age groups.

As an instructor, Mr. Kirkwood’s goal is to guide his students to new heights of technical proficiency while also giving them the tools to understand music and express their creativity.

Nathan believes the benefit of learning an instrument comes not only from being able to play a song, but from the discipline, insight, reflection, and character development gained from mastering an art.

Mr. Kirkwood holds a Bachelors of Music degree in classical guitar performance from Oakland University, MI.
